Ordering

Toledo Tools will take your order any way that makes you comfortable. One of our Live Customer Service represenatives can take your order over the phone at 419-480-9118 or you can easily add your items to the shopping cart and check out through our system. When ordering in bulk it might be easier for us to get you a quote first.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Toledo Tools will accept your payment any way that is most comfortable to you. We accept payment via American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa credit/debit cards issued by United States Banks. Other Payment Methods we also accept are PayPal, Amazon Payments, Cashier's Check, Bank Check, Company Check, Money Order, Bank Wire Transfer, or Cash in person. If you are outside of the United States or Canada we can only accept payment by way of Bank Wire Transfer. Toledo Tools has ships from multiple warehouses accross the United States. With that being said Toledo Tools collects sales tax with in the states of Arkansas (6.5%), Arizona (5.6%), California (7.5%), Colorado (2.9%), Florida (6.0%), Kansas (6.5%), Ohio (7.25%), and Pennsylvania (6.0%)

Shipping & Delivery

Toledo Tools handles your shipping and packaging of items with the utmost care. Utilizing the services of FedEx, UPS, USPS and multiple freight transporters, Toledo Tools moves your orders from our warehouse to your business or home the fastest and most efficient way possible. Every order placed with Toledo Tools is shipped within one business day of order completion if the item is in stock.
Every order placed through Toledo Tools will receive and order confirmation at the time of the purchase. Then followed by a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. That way you can be aware of the progress of your package. If your item shipped via Freight Transporter please be patient for information back from the tracking number it could take up to 24 hours.
The Only exception to this are items the come straight from the manufacture. These items could either be coming from our warehouse or straight from the manufacture. With that being said anything we stock the same shipping terms apply. Anything coming straight from the manufacture could take 1-3 Business Days to process your shipment. The item description will denote items that are subject to manufacture shipping. Please call customer service to confirm availability.

Handling and Delivery
Every item order that is in stock will be is picked and packed with care and shipped within 24 hours of payment. For standard shipments you can expect your item within 2-5 business days of shipment. Did you need expedited services? you can select Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select Services on most items. If your item ships freight please contact customer service 419-480-9118 for expedited services. Items weighing over 70 LBS are not eligible for guaranteed delivery times.

Freight Shipping
Freight transportation is provided throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. We can also handle services to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Freight Services reflected on the website are for standard business to business freight. If you need a lift gate or residential delivery an extra charge can occur. We can also deliver to your closest freight terminal to bypass those fees. If you have any questions please contact customer service at 419-480-9118. Listed prices do not include extended service areas. If you are in one of these areas customer service will contact you for the extra shipping charges or a possible alternative shipping address.

Canada Shipping
We currently use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for small packages (150 lbs. and less) for shipping into Canada and does not require a broker. Larger shipments that require freight transportation will ship via the safest and cheapest way possible. Keep in mind any freight shipment requires a broker to bring the shipment into Canada. If you are not familiar with this process please contact customer service and we can gladly help you.
A Valid telephone number is REQUIRED with any international order. Your order will not ship with out one.
Please check with your local shipping carrier on the cost of import duties, GST taxes, and brokerage charges. These charges or not incurred from Toledo Tools. These charges are usually collected by the shipping company completing the delivery or your shipping broker. Listed prices do not include extended service areas. If you are in one of these areas customer service will contact you for the extra shipping charges or a possible alternative shipping address.

International Shipping
We currently use FedEx International, UPS Worldwide Expedited, and USPS Priority Mail for small packages (150 lbs. and less) for our International shipping. Customers are responsible for all tariffs and duties on international shipments. To check tariff costs call US Dept. of trade at 800-USA-TRAD (1-800-872-8723).

Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is optional service available for all of our products. If for some reason your item is damaged in shipping you are covered for All shipping charges, replacement item costs, and replacement parts. If shipping insurance was not selected at the time of your order the customer could be held responsible to receive parts or replacement. In either instance if you have a package that is damaged in shipping call customer service ASAP at 419-480-9118.
Our shipping carriers are great but they are human. If for some reason your package is lost in transit you will be 100% fully covered for the product and shipping costs when optional shipping insurance is selected. If you did not select the optional shipping insurance you will be covered up to $100 if your item is lost. In the instance that this happens call customer service ASAP at 419-480-9118.

Shipping Damage
Our shipping carriers are great but they are human and things to get damaged once in a while. If this happens call customer service ASAP at 419-480-9118. If the optional shipping insurance was purchased you are 100% covered and Toledo Tools will find a solution for you. Please be prepared to take pictures of the packaging and the damage of the product. Do not throw away the packaging of the product. When the shipping carrier does an inspection they will want to see it.
If the optional shipping insurance was not purchase shipping charges, replacement parts, or a replacement item is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Replacements

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product from Toledo Tools.
If the item is new and unused the customer is responsible for return shipping and will receive 100%** the cost of the product. If the item was shipped to the customer and had free shipping on the item the customer will receive the cost of the product minus our cost of the shipping to the customer.
If an item is opened and deemed to be defective within 30 days from the date of delivery, please contact customer service so we can help you through the process. We will work with you to find a solution. Each customer can have a different experience with the fast paced age of the shipping industry. Whether the product was defective from the factory. Or one of our shippers damaged it prior to arrival at your address. We will find the best solution to take care of you. In most cases we can replace your item with the identical item or issue a full credit for the product and shipping. Please have patience and let us take care of you.
If an item is opened and brand new you can still return the item for a refund minus the cost of shipping to you. If the item was shipped with free shipping you will receive the cost of the product minus our cost of the shipping to you.
We cannot accept returns after 30 days from the date of delivery. We apologize in advance for this but running a business we have to adhere to this. If there is a Warranty issue with the item contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will get you taken care of.
With any return please contact customer service and recieve a RGA Number. You will be required to clearly write or label the RGA number on the outside of the box. Returns will Not be accepted without a RGA number. Please contact our customer service department at 419-480-9118 for a return goods authorization number or email us at cs@toledo-tools.com.
If you want to returned the product and it is not in 100% new sell-able condition, we will credit 75% of product price minus shipping and handling costs. If the item was shipped with free shipping you will receive the cost of the product minus our cost of the shipping to you and then 75% of that total price.
**If the item ordered was special ordered and needs returned to the manufacture a restocking fee could occur. This normally only happens with items ordered and shipped straight from the manufacture. Please contact customer service to verify where the item would ship from.
