Super Dope Anaerobic Pipe Thread Sealant is designed for the sealing and locking between metal pipe and metal fittings. Super Dope chemically hardens in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. An instant low pressure seal is obtained up to 100 PSI and after curing occurs can withstand up to 10,000 PSI. This make fittings virtually impossible to leak. Super Dope also allows for adjustment and alignment of fittings after installation. If the installation needs to be removed or moved disassembly is permitted. Super Dope can withstand temperatures up to 400° F. This product can be Compared to LOCTITE® 565.
